<p>According to the Law of Attraction, you magnetize and attract to<br /> yourself whatever you focus on &#8211; whether you want it or not. If<br /> you think about and imagine yourself feeling exuberantly healthy,<br /> you&#8217;re attracting vibrant good health. If you worry about some dreaded<br /> disease and read scary stories about the vast numbers of people<br /> afflicted with it, you&#8217;re attracting illness. When you make the<br /> connection between what you&#8217;re thinking and feeling and what&#8217;s manifesting<br /> in your experience, you become the conscious creator of your own<br /> precious life and paradise health is just a thought away.</p>
<p>Twenty-four hundred years ago, Plato asserted &#8211; If you want to heal<br /> the body, you must first heal the mind. The mind-body connection<br /> has never been as strongly supported by science as it is today.<br /> More and more scientists agree that you create your physical condition<br /> through your thoughts, which means you can think yourself ill or<br /> think yourself well.</p>
<p>The starting point for attaining and maintaining paradise health<br /> is to know that Well-Being is your natural state. And, of course,<br /> the Well-Being of physical health is no different from the Well-Being<br /> of financial abundance or loving relationships or successful careers.<br /> The question is always the same: Are you allowing your natural state<br /> of Well- Being or resisting it?</p>
<p>Because it&#8217;s natural for your body to be well, when you feel pain,<br /> discomfort, or illness of any kind, it&#8217;s your guidance system alerting<br /> you to the existence of blocked Energy. Thus alerted, you can then<br /> make the decision to release resistance and allow Well-Being.</p>
<p>So HOW do you allow your natural state of Well-Being? Here are some<br /> tips:</p>
<p>* If you don&#8217;t feel good &#8211; whether it&#8217;s a simple headache or a full-blown<br /> &#8220;disease&#8221; with a label and a diagnosis from a doctor -<br /> a good first response is to relax and breathe deeply. Your body<br /> knows how to right itself and often the answer is just to get out<br /> of its way. As you relax and breathe, you release resistance and<br /> allow the Well-Being to once again flow smoothly and freely.</p>
<p>* Focus on health rather than illness. Focus deliberately and consistently<br /> on the physical condition you desire. Think and speak only of health.<br /> Imagine, visualize, intend, affirm, and expect vibrant good health.</p>
<p>* An unwanted physical sensation is information that your thoughts<br /> are blocking your natural state of Well-Being. Be your own doctor<br /> by tuning in to how you feel and choosing thoughts that feel better.<br /> By paying attention to how you feel and reaching for a feeling of<br /> relief, you nip resistance in the bud and avoid the potential for<br /> more serious physical distress.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re currently experiencing less than excellent health, it&#8217;s<br /> empowering to know you can transform sickness into wellness by directing<br /> your thoughts toward health.</p>
<p>As you relax and breathe, find reasons to be happy, find people<br /> and things to appreciate, love yourself and others, notice how you<br /> feel and think thoughts that feel better, you&#8217;re choosing to allow<br /> your natural state of Well-Being. When you do these things, you&#8217;re<br /> masterfully applying the Law of Attraction and Paradise Health is<br /> just a thought away!</p>

<p>Imagination is the process of harnessing and utilizing the creative<br /> power of the mind. Imagination resides in the boundless realm of<br /> the mind where you can travel anywhere at the speed of thought.<br /> <strong>When you soar with the wondrous creative powers of your imagination,<br /> you possess a first-class ticket to the life of your dreams.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Imagine Your Ideal Life. </strong>You are not required to accept<br /> your present circumstances. As you summon up the feeling of living<br /> your ideal life right here right now, you allow the Energy of your<br /> thoughts and feelings to produce the physical manifestation that<br /> you desire. When you employ the power of imagination, you are no<br /> longer limited by external conditions. You are in charge. If you<br /> can imagine it, you can experience it.</p>
<p>As you access the power of your imagination, inspiration will bubble<br /> up. As you fill your subconscious with thoughts of what you would<br /> like to experience, you can bring anything you desire into your<br /> life. Imagination is the language through which you communicate<br /> with the Universe. As you develop your body through physical exercise,<br /> you can develop your imagination through mental exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Imagination Exercise.</strong> Have a clear vision of your ideal<br /> life and energize it with the power of imagination. Imagine how<br /> your ideal life looks, feels, sounds, smells, and tastes. Each morning<br /> spend a few minutes imagining the way you want your day to play<br /> out. Imagine feeling great, moving through your day in a strong,<br /> vibrant body, enjoying pleasant interactions with others, doing<br /> fulfilling work with clarity and purpose. If you are visually oriented,<br /> you will see distinct pictures in your mind. It&#8217;s OK if you don&#8217;t.<br /> Imagining with feeling is all that&#8217;s required. <strong>As you imagine<br /> vividly and with feeling, you are creating the circumstances for<br /> all your desires to flow to you quickly and easily.</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s say you&#8217;re planning a vacation to a place you&#8217;ve always<br /> dreamed of going. It&#8217;s a great idea to spend some time imagining<br /> how wonderful this vacation will be. You see yourself strolling<br /> in a rose garden on a beautiful spring day with a gentle breeze.<br /> You feel the thrill of parasailing over a sparkling turquoise sea.<br /> You see yourself resting peacefully in a hammock on the beach in<br /> perfect weather. <strong>When you use your imagination, you can enjoy<br /> the same vacation many times &#8211; before you go &#8211; while you&#8217;re there<br /> &#8211; and when you&#8217;re back at the office.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Be There Now!</strong> The Universe does not distinguish between<br /> what is actually happening now and what you are imagining or remembering.<br /> To the Universe, it&#8217;s always the Eternal Now. So, in addition to<br /> imagining a fabulous future, you can use your imagination to relive<br /> the wonderful times of your life. Relive your triumphs and successes<br /> &#8211; when you did something you weren&#8217;t sure you could do. <strong>Who says<br /> the great moments have to be once-in-a-lifetime events?</strong> You<br /> can replay and relive them as often as you like, just as you enjoy<br /> repeatedly listening to your favorite music or watching your favorite<br /> movies or eating your favorite foods. Relive the joy of the vacation,<br /> the promotion, the baby&#8217;s first steps in your imagination and you<br /> will attract even more good times to cherish.</p>
<p>As you charge your imagination with emotion, your mental picture<br /> will attract its physical equivalent. Vividly think about what you<br /> want and then SEE it clearly in your imagination. The power of imagination<br /> speeds up the process from desire to manifestation. As you experience<br /> in your imagination what you wish to experience in your life, you<br /> will soon be living the life of your dreams.</p>

<p>Are you ready to find those dreams you gave up on, dust them off,<br /> polish them up and start making them come true? Are you ready to<br /> go for what you want and ignore all the voices (both internal and<br /> external) that try to discourage you from even trying? As you dream<br /> of the most phenomenal life you can imagine, you set the Energy<br /> in motion and begin turning your dreams into reality. <strong>If you<br /> can dream it, you can have it.</strong></p>
<p>As you dream, you open up to insights from your subconscious mind,<br /> from Infinite Intelligence. As you dream, innovations, originality,<br /> a different way of viewing the world float into your conscious awareness.<br /> Dreaming frees your mind, inspires new ideas, and opens up new vistas<br /> of possibility.</p>
<p>When you dream, your imagination leads the way. Allow yourself to<br /> open up with no restrictions and no limitations. Allow yourself<br /> to GET CARRIED AWAY. I know this is what we were taught NOT to do<br /> when we were kids. Well, it’s OK now – even essential!<br /> As images appear and ideas arise, add more Energy to the images<br /> and the ideas by focusing on them with positive expectation. As<br /> you do this for several days or weeks, you will come to know –<br /> with your head as well as your heart – that dreams really<br /> do come true.</p>
<p>Dreaming sets you free. As you dream, your mind transports you to<br /> a place of pure desire where you’re no longer bothered by<br /> practicalities, logic, and reasons why you can’t or shouldn’t<br /> have what you want. Dream with passion until you KNOW deep inside<br /> that you can absolutely be and do and have whatever you desire.<br /> <strong>Dream until your dreams come true.</strong></p>
<p>Your Creative Genius resides in your dreams. If your Creative Genius<br /> has not been called into action much since childhood, it may be<br /> a bit sluggish. But it has been waiting patiently and, when invited<br /> to do so, will enthusiastically go to work for you. <strong>Liberate<br /> your Creative Genius.</strong> Creativity is an inner resource that is<br /> available to you 24/7 and you can tap into this wellspring of creativity<br /> whenever you desire. By concentrating on your dreams for a few minutes<br /> each day, you create a clear mental picture of the life you want<br /> to live. As you dream with excitement and expectation, you are submitting<br /> your order to the Cosmic Café. And, in the Cosmic Café,<br /> the waiter always responds:<strong> “Your wish is my command!”</strong></p>

In the process<br /> of identifying your desires and then focusing the Energy of your<br /> thoughts in that direction, you are applying the Law of Attraction<br /> to <strong>attract what you do want rather than what you don’t<br /> want.</strong> As you continue to make strong intentions for what you<br /> would like to experience, you will realize that you are the Master<br /> Creator of your own life.</p>
<p>A powerful way to wake up each morning is by setting positive intentions<br /> for the day. In my opinion, the very most important intention, in<br /> fact, <strong>the only essential intention is to Feel Good.</strong><br /> Feeling good aligns you with Source Energy, keeps the Well-Being<br /> flowing, and allows in what you have been asking for.</p>
<p><strong>Intentions to Begin Your Day:</strong></p>
<p>• Today I will feel good (always number one).</p>
<p>• Today I will feel exhilarated and energized throughout my<br /> day.</p>
<p>• Today I will find things to appreciate.</p>
<p>• Today I will choose thoughts and experiences that please<br /> me.</p>
<p>• Today I will rejoice in the awareness that I can be and<br /> do and have whatever I desire.</p>
<p>• Today I will be a magnet for amazing prosperity, vibrant<br /> good health and fulfilling relationships.</p>
<p>• Today I will maintain a strong connection to Source Energy.</p>
<p>• Today I will uplift others.</p>
<p>• Today I will open, relax, breathe and draw in a continuous<br /> stream of Well-Being.</p>
<p>• Today I will relax and have fun.</p>
<p>If I have an appointment, a lunch date, or a project to complete,<br /> I set my intention in detail for those specific activities to go<br /> smoothly and joyfully for myself and everyone I will interact with.</p>
<p><strong>Intentions to End Your Day:</strong></p>
<p>• I will enjoy peaceful, relaxing sleep.</p>
<p>• I will rest well and refresh my body and mind.</p>
<p>• I will wake up rejuvenated, ready for another glorious day.</p>
<p>Intentions powerfully focus the Energy which will magnetize into<br /> your life all that you desire. Think big – knowing that there<br /> is nothing you cannot be or do or have – then direct your<br /> life with the power of intention. <p>Visualization is the key to intentional creation. It is a powerful<br /> technique whereby you see yourself succeeding at what you are about<br /> to do before you do it. Athletes and others employ visualization<br /> and guided imagery to see and feel themselves performing optimally.<br /> For example, Tiger Woods believes that visualization makes a huge<br /> difference in his performance. Before he ever swings a golf club,<br /> he sees his shot landing precisely where he wants it. Because your<br /> mind thinks in pictures and images, <strong>as you visualize, you are<br /> programming your subconscious mind for success.</strong></p>
<p>Visualization helps focus your creative Energies. It softens resistance<br /> and gets you to a confident state of allowing your desire to manifest.<br /> Visualization is such a powerful process because your subconscious<br /> mind doesn&#8217;t know the difference between something that is real<br /> and something that is vividly imagined. Your subconscious mind becomes<br /> more receptive to your desires when they are charged with strong<br /> emotion. When you <strong>conjure up the vision AND the feeling of your<br /> desire</strong>, you activate the vibration of your desire and the Universe<br /> responds with the manifestation.</p>
<p><strong>Visualization Exercise.</strong> Two excellent times to visualize<br /> are at night as you&#8217;re drifting off to sleep and in the morning<br /> as you&#8217;re waking up. At those times, you&#8217;re in a state of allowing<br /> &#8211; relaxed and focused inward. Sit or recline comfortably. Close<br /> your eyes and take a few long slow deep breaths. Focus on your breathing<br /> and allow distractions and idle thoughts to float on by. Bring your<br /> consciousness to one part of your body at a time. Focus your attention<br /> on your toes and feet. Feel them begin to relax. Gradually move<br /> up your body, relaxing each muscle. Release the tension in your<br /> body one muscle at a time. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. Relax<br /> and breathe.</p>
<p>As you relax and breathe deeply, visualize yourself in the most<br /> tranquil setting you can imagine &#8211; perhaps lying on a raft in a<br /> lake, being lovingly rocked by the gentle currents of the water.<br /> As you float in this peaceful state, begin painting a picture in<br /> your mind of what you desire. <strong>See yourself as vividly as possible<br /> living a life that is perfect for you in every way.</strong> See the<br /> way you look, feel, act, and speak. See what exhilarating activities<br /> you&#8217;re engaged in and see who you&#8217;re enjoying them with. See and<br /> feel yourself, your body, your health, your environment, your relationships,<br /> your work, your entire life with great emotion exactly the way you<br /> want it to be. <p>Have you ever dared to ask, “How can I eat the foods I love<br /> AND weigh what I want to weigh?” Perhaps that question has<br /> never occurred to you because you believe it has to be one way or<br /> the other – eat what you want to eat OR look the way you want<br /> to look. Well, here’s the good news: When you apply the Law<br /> of Attraction, you can have both!</p>
<p>When you apply the Law of Attraction, you can have the body of your<br /> dreams with-out deprivation diets or strenuous exercise. When you<br /> apply the Law of Attraction, you can thoroughly enjoy the pleasures<br /> of food again. When you apply the Law of Attraction, you can literally<br /> think your ideal body into being with the infinite power of your<br /> mind. In fact, <strong>it’s your thoughts that make you fat or<br /> thin – not your food.</strong></p>
<p>So how does it all work? According to the Law of Attraction, at<br /> every moment you draw to yourself the essence of what you predominantly<br /> think and feel. The Law of Attraction states that you at-tract into<br /> your life whatever you focus on, which means that foods are not<br /> “fattening” per se. If they were, everyone who eats<br /> them would gain weight and we know that’s not true. We all<br /> know people who can eat anything and everything without gaining<br /> an ounce. They have an expectation, an underlying belief that they<br /> can eat whatever they like and maintain their desired shape, so<br /> they can. And so can you!</p>
<p>When you have a desire, you’re placing your order in the Cosmic<br /> Café. So, if you have a desire to be thin, you’re placing<br /> your order to be thin. If you then think, “but I’m fat<br /> and I’ll always be fat,” you have in effect called the<br /> waiter over and canceled your order to be thin. The waiters and<br /> the chefs in the Cosmic Café all work for you; and, when<br /> you place an order, they immediately respond to your request and<br /> will serve you exactly what you desire UNLESS you cancel your order.</p>
<p>Your thoughts and beliefs determine whether food contributes to<br /> weight gain or to weight loss. Your body conforms to the expecta-tions,<br /> attitudes, and beliefs of your mind. By applying the Law of Attraction,<br /> you can sculpt your ideal body with your thoughts.</p>
<p>How empowering it is to know that focusing on your ideal body creates<br /> your ideal body and that focusing on, worrying about, struggling<br /> against unwanted weight perpetuates your overweight condition. How<br /> empowering it is to know that you can change your physical condition<br /> by directing your thoughts toward the body you desire.</p>

<p>You&#8217;ve heard it said that you are what you eat. Don&#8217;t believe it.<br /> You&#8217;re NOT what you eat. You&#8217;re what you THINK. It&#8217;s not the food.<br /> It&#8217;s what you believe about the food. What you believe about the<br /> food you eat determines how it affects your body. Your body is a<br /> direct reflection of your thoughts. The inner world of your mind<br /> creates the outer world of your body, therefore, if you want to<br /> change your body, start by changing your thoughts. Here&#8217;s the secret:<br /> Changing the way you eat is optional. Changing the way you THINK<br /> about what you eat is essential.</p>
<p>Every thought causes a reaction in the body. Think about a lemon.<br /> Imagine biting into a juicy lemon wedge right now. Can you taste<br /> the sour, tangy juice? Do you notice the saliva forming in your<br /> mouth? It&#8217;s a psychosomatic response. Your body is reacting to your<br /> thoughts.</p>
<p>Do you think your overweight condition is set in stone? It&#8217;s not.<br /> Quantum Physics tells us that nothing is fixed, that everything<br /> is in a state of potential. Einstein&#8217;s 1905 formula E = mc2 explains<br /> that Energy and matter are interchangeable; that, in reality, everything<br /> is Energy. The fundamental aspect of the Universe is dancing, fluid,<br /> ever-changing Energy. The Energy of the Universe is shapeable, formable,<br /> and moldable; and you shape, form and mold this Energy with your<br /> thoughts. Quantum Physics has scientifically proven that you create<br /> your own reality based on where you focus your attention.</p>
<p>My client, Sandra, literally reshaped her body with her thoughts.<br /> Realizing that weight loss begins in the mind, she has transformed<br /> her body into a fat-burning machine with her thoughts. She now imagines<br /> herself thin. She now thinks of herself as a thin person and she<br /> likes herself as a thin person. She likes her body and happily gives<br /> it healthy, light foods. In just three months she has lost thirty<br /> pounds and is well on her way to her ideal size. As she thinks of<br /> herself as thin and imagines herself thin and feels good about herself,<br /> she is actually becoming thin for the first time in her life.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s true. You have complete control over nothing but your thoughts<br /> and, happily, that&#8217;s the only thing you need to control. When you<br /> control your thoughts, you control your life. Your body responds<br /> to the instructions it receives from your mind. So, as you tell<br /> your body what you expect from it, it will begin to behave accordingly.<br /> When you consciously choose your thoughts, you can consciously choose<br /> your body. Your thoughts created the body you now have and your<br /> thoughts can create the body you would like to have.</p>
<p>As a society, Americans have tried EVERYTHING to fight the battle<br /> of the bulge. We&#8217;ve tried surgery, supplements, drugs, liposuction<br /> to vacuum fat out of the body, inserting stables in the ear, tummy-tucks<br /> to remove excess skin and fat, gastric bypass to reduce the stomach<br /> to the size of a walnut, vinyl sauna suits to sweat off pounds,<br /> and EVEN caffeine tights. Yes, Americans have tried everything to<br /> be thin &#8211; everything except one thing &#8211; applying the power of the<br /> mind. We&#8217;ve tried every type of action. Now in the Age of Mind,<br /> it&#8217;s time to apply the awesome and unlimited power of the mind.</p>

<p>Complaining about a pain in his arm, the patient says to his doctor<br /> – “Doc, it hurts when I go like this.” The doctor<br /> replies – “Then don’t go like that.” This<br /> old joke actually contains sage wisdom. It also follows the basic<br /> guidelines of the Law of Attraction: <strong>Focus on what you DO want<br /> – NOT on what you DON’T want!</strong></p>
<p>The process for attracting and creating vibrant good health is the<br /> same as for attracting and creating anything you desire –<br /> focus on what you want until you FEEL it into being. As you find<br /> the Feeling Place of good health, you become a vibrational match<br /> to good health. You have the potential for both illness and health<br /> in your body right now and will solicit one or the other or a mixture<br /> depending on your thoughts and feelings. Illness, like any lack<br /> of Well-Being, is a result of vibrational resistance. <strong>When you<br /> connect with Source Energy and allow the healing Life Force Energy<br /> of the Universe to flow fully through you, you are attracting paradise<br /> health.</strong></p>
<p>Your body responds to your Thought-Feelings and reflects them back<br /> to you in your bodily conditions. If you have doubts, fears and<br /> worries about your health, these limiting beliefs will manifest<br /> in your body as lack of health. Illness comes from patterns of Thought-Feelings<br /> that block your natural state of Well-Being. You attract bodily<br /> conditions that are a vibrational match to your thoughts and feelings.<br /> Accordingly, focusing on health invites in your natural state of<br /> physical Well-Being and focusing on, worrying about, struggling<br /> against illness invites in illness.</p>
<p>Burn an image of paradise health into your subconscious and your<br /> body will align with that image. See yourself as healthy and you<br /> will be healthy. See and feel yourself with great clarity in your<br /> ideal state of health. How empowering it is to know that <strong>you<br /> can change from a sickness orientation to a wellness orientation<br /> by directing your thoughts and feelings toward health.</strong></p>
<p>Breathing techniques such as Pranayama teach that breathing has<br /> an amazing power to affect your state of mind and that breathing<br /> is the primary source of Prana or Chi, the Life Force Energy which<br /> permeates the Universe. This Chi or Prana can be guided by the mind<br /> and is responsive to Thought-Feelings. Positive, optimistic thoughts<br /> increase the flow of Energy and lead to improved health. Pessimistic,<br /> downer thoughts disrupt and diminish the Life Force Energy and diminish<br /> your health. As you focus on your breathing, riding the waves of<br /> the inhalation and the exhalation, you will feel your breath purifying<br /> and energizing every cell of your body. It is natural for you to<br /> feel good. It is natural for your body to be well.</p>
<p>The answer to vibrant good health is not some esoteric therapy,<br /> expensive supplement or strict diet regimen. The answer is to utilize<br /> the wisdom of the Law of Attraction and begin attracting and creating<br /> the health you desire. Whatever less than excellent health situation<br /> you may be enduring today was created by your Thought-Feelings yesterday.<br /> Your new, improved Thought-Feelings will be reflected in a vibrant,<br /> passionate, vital physical condition tomorrow. You can literally<br /> <strong>Think and Feel Your Way to Paradise Health.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Are you ready for a meteoric life?</strong> Have you had enough of<br /> mediocre? Deep inside, you KNOW you deserve a fantastic life. Maybe<br /> you’ve been taught that you are less than amazing, that a<br /> mundane, ordinary life is good enough for you, that just getting<br /> by is the most you can expect. Well, it’s time to change all<br /> that. How, you ask? To rise above mediocrity, the first step is<br /> to remember something very important that you may have forgotten:</p>
<p><strong>You are absolutely and eternally wonderful and worthy of whatever<br /> you desire.</strong></p>
<p>Deep inside, you know that’s true, but this truth may have<br /> been covered up by limiting beliefs you’ve picked up along<br /> the way. Here are two of the most popular limiting beliefs:</p>
<p><strong>• I’m not good enough.</strong> There is nothing true<br /> about this belief or any of its manifestations – I’m<br /> not smart enough, talented enough, attractive enough, etc. You do<br /> not need to justify your existence. You KNOW you are absolutely<br /> wonderful and completely worthy just as you are.</p>
<p><strong>• I can’t really have what I want. </strong>In this Universe<br /> of Well-Being, where you can attract anything and everything you<br /> desire, unlimited abundance is yours for the asking. It is not necessary<br /> to settle for less than you really want. Remember?</p>
<p><strong>Eternal Expansion. </strong>Life is an ongoing process of growing<br /> and expanding and breaking through to new beginnings – to<br /> experiences you could never have imagined from your previous vantage<br /> point. Often we go through a difficult situation and look back later<br /> and say – Thanks, I needed that or I am so glad that happened<br /> or Gosh, that was the most fortunate turn of events. The point is<br /> to proceed with confidence toward your new goal. Like the baby chick<br /> breaking out of its shell, there’s a brand new exciting world<br /> waiting out there for you that you didn’t even know existed.<br /> This is when you wake up and feel the thrill of being alive. This<br /> is when you take back your life and direct it in a wonderful new<br /> direction. As you move through life, ask yourself – Who do<br /> I want to be now? Who am I in the process of becoming?</p>
<p><em>&#8220;What if fine isn’t good enough? What if I want extraordinary?”</em><br /> – from the movie, Hitch</p>
<p><strong>Think BIG! </strong>Envision ideal circumstances. Eliminate all limitations<br /> – money, time, I can’t, etc. Expect to have it all.<br /> You decide what kind of life is right for you: ·ordinary<br /> or extraordinary ·average or exceptional ·commonplace<br /> or rare ·humble or proud ·plain or extravagant ·conventional<br /> or avant-garde ·mediocre or meteoric. You decide what kind<br /> of life is right for you.</p>
<p>And, if you decide that you want and deserve nothing less than a<br /> meteoric existence, then go for it – paint a fabulous new<br /> picture of who you are, write a delicious new script for your life,<br /> make new, empowering I am statements. These exercises will set you<br /> on the magical, joyous path from mediocre to meteoric.</p>

<p>Belief and expectation are emotions that add power to your desire.<br /> Belief and expectation kick it up a notch, as Chef Emeril would<br /> say. Your thoughts and feelings come from your beliefs about how<br /> life works. It all starts with your belief system. If you believe<br /> the purpose of life is joy, your life will be filled with joy. If<br /> you believe life is hard, it will be filled with hardship. <strong>To<br /> transform a mediocre life into a meteoric life, expand what you<br /> believe is possible.</strong></p>
<p>What is a belief, anyway? <strong>A belief is nothing more than a thought<br /> you keep thinking, which means you can transform your beliefs by<br /> choosing different thoughts.</strong> The feeling of empowerment is a<br /> practiced thought as is the feeling of powerlessness. And you can<br /> change limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs by choosing thoughts<br /> that feel good.</p>
<p>So, if everything is determined by what you believe, <strong>how do you<br /> get yourself to believe something you don’t currently believe?</strong><br /> Start with a clear, strong, passionate desire and talk yourself<br /> into believing you can have it. Set your intentions. Employ the<br /> power of dreaming, imagining, and visualizing. Start small. Start<br /> with something that you have less resistance about. Keep taking<br /> the next step – I did this, so I bet I can do that. When you<br /> have confidence in one area, keep building on that until you get<br /> yourself to believe that <strong>you CAN be and do and have whatever<br /> you desire.</strong></p>
<p>If you have believed that life is about limitations, lack, and struggle<br /> – if you have been persuaded by others that life is hard and<br /> you can’t really have what you want – if you’ve<br /> been taught to settle, to accept less than you really want, you<br /> can change all that. Repeat to yourself – I can do this. I<br /> can have this. I can be this. I will not settle for less than I<br /> want.</p>
<p>Do you really believe you can attain your goal? If the answer is<br /> no or maybe or I’m not sure, <strong>use these three steps to amp<br /> up your belief and expectation</strong> and convince yourself that it<br /> is possible for you to attain your goal:</p>
<p>(1) <strong>Make a list of other things you have accomplished.</strong> For<br /> example, the degree you earned; the project you completed at work;<br /> the house you bought; the vacation you took; the spelling bee you<br /> won in 5th grade. This exercise will help you get to the feeling,<br /> the vibration of success.</p>
<p>(2) <strong>Feel a strong desire to attain your goal. </strong>Get excited<br /> about it. Strong desire amps up belief and expectation.</p>
<p>(3) <strong>Make a list of the reasons why you deserve to attain your<br /> goal. </strong>For example, because I want it, because I’m a good<br /> person, because other people have it so why not me, because I’ve<br /> wanted it for such a long time. This exercise will raise your belief<br /> that you deserve to attain your goal.</p>
<p>Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Your thoughts become beliefs<br /> and your reality reflects back to you what you believe. By amping<br /> up your belief and expectation, you expand what is possible for<br /> you. Decide absolutely that you will attain your goal. Deeply desire<br /> it. Know you deserve it. <strong>Believe it and expect it and it is on<br /> its way to you.</strong></p>
